Service Description
Unified.CX provides a customer experience orchestration platform that enables:

- •Visual journey building for automated customer engagement flows
- •AI-powered responses and intelligent routing
- •Contact and customer management
- •Analytics and reporting
- •Team collaboration with organizational scoping
User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Organization Accounts: Organization administrators are responsible for managing team members and their access permissions.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes:

- •Obtain proper consent before sending automated messages
- •Respect privacy and data protection requirements

Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property
Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Unified.CX.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a license to process your content as necessary.
Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unified.CX from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
